Can AMS help select a meeting site?
Yes. AMS is ther for you from conception to wrap up. We will create and send out the initial RFP, visit the site with you and negotiate the contract. All this and onsite management for your event.
What about registration?
Keeping up with technology is essential to us. We offer online registration as well as mailing registration packets. Our online registration capabilities will allow your clients to register and receive their confirmation immediately. AMS will manage your registration from beginning to end. Our courteous staff will assist with on site registration and welcome your guests to the meeting.
But my meeting only has 10 attendees, can AMS help me? Our professional staff is there for you whether you have 10 or 5,000 attendees. We cater to your needs whether large or small.
Can AMS help plan my company picnic or holiday celebration?
Yes. AMS does all types of events including company picnics, parties, celebrations and meetings. Our staff will help from the decorations to the entertainment. AMS is a full service meeting/event planner.
How will I know my conference/meeting was a success?
Upon completion of your event, the service continues. AMS will preview your invoice to verify the site is in compliance with negotiations as well as provide you with a summary analysis of the function. We can provide a variety of reports, including online evaluation form submissions, survey forms and cost analysis.
